Privacy policy

This policy explains what INFRAKART CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, which runs the Dhanyagaram brand and this website, collects when you use the website and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, and email if you give it. If you choose Use my current location at checkout, we also save your device's location for that order. It's optional and only collected when you press the button.
• When you join the waitlist or subscribe to farm updates: your WhatsApp number and, optionally, your name.
• When you browse: anonymous counts of which banners are shown and clicked, so we know which campaigns work. We don't use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To deliver your order (your shared location helps our delivery partner find your door), to send order and delivery updates, and, only if you asked for them, to send farm updates and harvest alerts on WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Cashfree (payments), our courier (delivery), Meta's WhatsApp Business service (messages) and our cloud host (storage). We never sell your data.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages to stop farm updates. To see, correct or delete your details, write to support@dhanyagaram.com.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Waitlist and subscriber numbers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
