Shipping & delivery

Every order is packed and dispatched from our farm. Rice is milled after you order, so it reaches you fresh.

When your order ships

• In-stock products are milled, packed and dispatched within 2–3 days of your order.
• New-harvest advance bookings ship from the first dispatch date shown on the website and in your order confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver across India by courier. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order is dispatched we send the courier and tracking details on WhatsApp (if you opted in) and they appear under My orders on the website.
