Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, for a full refund. Advance bookings can be cancelled until bookings close. Contact us at support@dhanyagaram.com or +91 80083 04841 with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled.

Damaged or wrong items

If a pack arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the pack and the label. We will send a replacement or give a full refund for that item.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree. They are started within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
