This website and the Dhanyagaram brand are owned and operated by INFRAKART CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U43299TS2026PTC210881), referred to here as "Dhanyagaram", "we" or "us". By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is confirmed once payment is received; we send the confirmation on screen and, if you opted in, on WhatsApp. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a harvest smaller than expected) we will tell you and refund it in full.

Products

Our rice and dals are farm produce. Colour, grain size and cooking can vary a little from season to season. Harvest and dispatch dates on the website are our best plan and can move with the weather; we will keep you informed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree and are received by INFRAKART CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
